Statement Completion Workspace

GRA — Gain Recognition Agreement tracking only
Treas. Reg. §1.367(a)-8(g) Annual Certification. Tracking purposes only — no Word output. One record is created automatically for each transaction that selects GRA; company codes and countries are looked up from the Entity List. light-blue fields are editable; gray fields are derived.
Tracking Statements tracking only
Maintain tracking records for every tracking-only Transaction Tracker item. A record is created automatically for each transaction that selects the statement — expand an item to see its transactions and capture preparer, reviewer, sign-off, status and notes. These produce no Word output. DCL Certification and GRA have their own dedicated tabs above. light-blue fields are editable.
Generation Preview
Only transactions marked Ready for Export appear here, and only their exportable statements. Running Generate records a timestamped export-log entry and marks those transactions Exported.
